We did a Seller Buydown and the appraisal came in low…Now what?

This video shows how we deal with values if they come in low. Our goal is to protect escrows from canceling and our buyers from bringing in additional and excessive fees to bridge the gap between the contract price and appraised value.
We also use this technology & strategy to help get our client's offers accepted. We send custom presentations directly to the sellers/listing agents during the offer submission process.
